Spray-on resin resurfacing

An Australian-made spray resin system applied directly over your existing concrete, with no major demolition. Being resin-based, it flexes with the slab to help prevent cracking and delamination as the concrete moves. It’s UV and mould resistant, and you choose the base colour and optional colour fleck.

Coloured sealer is a legitimate budget option to protect and refresh concrete that’s in sound condition. It suits driveways, paths, patios and existing stencil or decorative concrete.

    Uncoated concrete is high-pressure cleaned. Anything with existing paint, sealer, coatings or contamination is mechanically ground back for proper adhesion. Cracks and defects are identified and repaired before coating.

  • No demolition, no new pour

    Spray resin goes directly over suitable existing concrete, so you avoid the mess and disruption of ripping out the slab.

Spray resin installation

Our 3-day process.

Every spray resin job follows the same structure. Here is exactly what happens on your property, day by day.

Day 1Surface preparation
  • Clean. Uncoated concrete is high-pressure cleaned to remove dirt, oils and surface build-up.
  • Grind. Existing paint, sealers, coatings or contamination are mechanically ground away for proper adhesion.
  • Inspect. Existing cracks and surface defects are assessed and identified.
  • Prepare. Repairs are readied for Day 2, leaving the surface clean, sound and ready.
Day 2Application
  • Mask. Walls, edges and surrounding surfaces are carefully masked against overspray.
  • Repair. Cracks are patched and repaired before the coating system begins.
  • Prime. A primer coat locks in the surface and maximises adhesion.
  • Colour. Two base colour coats, with optional colour fleck for texture and design. Then masking comes off and curing begins.
Day 3Sealing & handover
  • Seal. A protective sealer locks in the colour and protects the finished surface.
  • Cure. Light foot traffic after about 2 hours. Vehicles stay off for 2 weeks while the system fully cures.
  • Care guide. You get a care and maintenance guide to protect your investment.
  • Check-in. We follow up after completion to make sure everything is performing and meets your expectations.
